Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Movie

Wooohoooooo!

What a ride! Loved it from beginning to end! And finally, I'm talking about a movie at the same time it cam out! Yeah baby! It was definately worth my 7 or something bucks! Can't complain about much; especially loved the part with Moaning Mrytle and a *ahem* bare Harry in the tub. -_^ You lucky girl, you!

Only part I was a little disappointed about were the missing obstacles in the maze, and missing out on the World Quidditch Championships. Must have been quite a ride. Oh, the thrills. The special effects were magnificent... But it probably would have been one of those eye-candy, little-substance scenes that the director had to cut out in order to compress it into one movie.

He's right, I suppose. I would hate having to wait another year for the second part to come out. Unless, of course, it's gonna be released in the same year ala Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions...

Anyways, I'm so lucky I got to see it on its first day. Too bad I live in Montreal, where there's very rarely any huge premieres with celebrities. ;_;

(Image taken from http://harrypotter.warnerbros.com) Please don't sue me... I'm a poor kid living off my parents' money (;_;) and, of course, this is non-profit and is used for decorational purposes only, and with no affiliation to anything Harry Potter or Rowling...

Oh, who am I kidding? Just shoot me...

November 11th

Lest we forget

Recap?

Ok, unbelievable...

6 straight hours of non-stop homework... That's about 1/4 of my entire day wasted. Then, obviously, another 1/4 is wasted at school, so... Ahem... So the only thing I can truly look forward to these days are my History marks... Ah, sometimes, I wish that I had gloated. Would've felt good, at least.

And Lost. So Shannon's dead, right? It must really suck to die by friendly fire. The strangest thing, I had heard that Shannon was going to die from my friend Evelynn before the show started, so I automatically thought, how? Then I thought, it would be really sad if she dies because of some misunderstanding...

And you know what? I have my own theory on Lost, the island, everything... It looks more like some sort of freak experiment thing they're doing. Snatching children, the doomsday button (which is, in a way, a psychological study on the human's fear of the unknown), the electro-magnetic fields, the Chernobyl-esque walls (or are they foundations?), the polar bears on a tropical island, the list of all the passengers... And all by the Dharma Institute. I remember from an Access Hollywood episode where they showed us the Dharma icon on the inside of the plane. Maybe it was all planned, and the plane is property of the Dharma Institute, and they purposely crashed the plane. It makes sense, in a way, especially since the producer have said that there aren't any aliens, and that they weren't in purgatory...

Well, I just LOVE the flashback scenes on Jin and Sun, so please don't kill them! Not Locke, either, he's quite interesting.

If Hurley dies, it will be OK, since his "dude"s are getting annoying, and Charlie's starting to grate on my nerves as well (even though I had thought him a rather sympathetic character... Can you say that in English?); Jack's just plain annoying with his non-stop selfless-ness; Kate's OK; Sawyer... his red-neck attitude is getting a little annoying; Michelle Rodriguez' character is just plain neurotic; and... Oh, the list can go on... It seems that the characters have all become more annoying this season (with the exception of Sun and Jin... hehe... Chewie...)...

Oh, boy... And I have been missing out on episodes of CSI!!! Oh, no!

*Sniff*

Edit: (When did Anakin learn Force Lightning?)

So what if I'm a slow watcher? Sure, I'm finally watching Star Wars ep. 3 today of all times, but that doesn't make it sadder! :'( This must be the best movie of the Prequel Trilogy... (TPM was OK; and AOTC was incomprehensible...)

Wahhhh!! :'(

If I had to name my favourite scene, it would be the end, when Owen and Beru look towards the sunset (Tatooine sunsets are so beautiful...).

And if I had to name my WTF? scene, I would choose the one on Mustafar where Obi-Wan watched Anakin slowly burn to near death. "You were my brother. I loved you" Right. You loved him so much that you slowly watched him burn. But then again, he probably had no choice. But to watch it without so much as looking away...?

Meep. Definately not for the faint of heart.

But everything else... Finally something that completely deserved the name "Star Wars"

Another thing.. Things that didn't match up... Why did R2D2 take so long to tell Luke or Leia about their parents. I mean, he only decided to spill after they turned... 50. Crikey.

Don't know if Chewbacca ever mentioned Yoda, either.
