Lost Season Finale

Yeah, I'm a little late, but hey... Can't really blame me. I don't have cable, and in order to get more ratings, the Canadian channels would have to air whatever's the most popular on... And that happened to be American Idol. ;_;

So anyways... Wow... Even more unaswered questions... Why did they want Walt? What happened to Sawyer, Jin, and Mikey? Where does the tunnel underneath the hatch lead to? Where did the Others get a boat that actually worked?

Anyways, I am now officially over Pokemon. I am now into the Age of the Empires. ^_^

And I have managed to get a nomination for Honour and Merit. Yay! Go Lisa, it's your birthday, we're gonna party like it's your birthday!

CSI season finale... ;_;

Well, I managed to watch 5/8 of the entire episode... So I kinda missed how they managed to find Stokes... Blame it on me... I came home kinda late, and saw the OC. It was seven o'clock, and since the OC was usually on at eight, I thought that the clock was wrong, cause the TV is NEVER wrong. So I set it forward an hour. And so, when it was only nine, my mother thought that it was ten, and forced me to go to bed. Sometimes I really hate beign Chinese... So anyways, dad came home fourty-five minutes later, and said: "The clock is wrong."

Thank God dad came home. I managed to get there when Poncho was having his weird nightmare. But I missed out on a lot all the same...

Sometimes I wish I can kick myself, but I really don't like the idea of hurting myself for a dumb reason...

Lost Re-Casting - with Lord of the Rings Characters ^_^

Why am I wasting my time with this? No idea. Cause I want to, I suppose. Even though I have a book report and a geography report to start. No matter. They'll have to wait until I've emptied my brain.

Ok, so here it goes, the re-casting of the Lost characters with LotR characters! ^_^

Jack: Aragorn, obviously. He's tough, can hold his own, can fight, and is a doctor. Just like Jack.

Kate: Arwen or Eowyn?... Hum.. Well, with Kate, it seems more real... But with Eowyn, you have a chance for a love triangle. Of course, we don't really know whether she will end up with Jack.

Locke: Gandalf or Gimli? Well, with Gandalf, you get this resourceful guy who's not at all what he seems, but Gimli would work better as the hunter who provides for the survivors...

Sawyer: If Kate is Eowyn, then Sawyer will have to be Faramir. If not, he'll probably be Boromir. But the parings don't have to be canon, I suppose... But Haldir would work just as well. He has enough smugness for the part.

Charlie: Merry or Sam? Well, Merry would resemble Charlie more, since they're both played by Dom, but Sam seems to be more alike in personality. He's a nice guy, honest, slightly naive and a mite bit unexperienced...

Claire: Rose. Esmerelda Bolger doesn't even appear in the movie, so I can't imagine her visually. Rose will have to do, even if Merry becomes Charlie.

Sayid: Faramir. Um... He's very intelligent, and is also a good fighter. He also was a kind of pacifist. At least, from what I see.

Shannon: Arwen or Eowyn? For the sake of getting rid of complications, Eowyn. She can be Shannon, Faramir would be Sayid, and Eomer would be Boone. But then again, Arwen can still be the "annoying bitch", since there seems to be as many fangirls who bash her as there are ones who worship Legolas. And then, of course, Elladan or Elrohir... Legolas would probably be Sayid, and - and... Gah! So, yeah... Eowyn works better, even if I find her one of the most evolved characters in the LotR, and most definately not the "annoying bitch".

Walt and Micheal would have to be Pippin and Merry respectively, because Merry always seems to be looking out and taking care of Pip. It could also work with Elrond and Arwen, but that only makes more casting complications.

And that leaves us with Jin, Sun, and Hurley.

Jin and Sun could be Galadriel and Celeborn, if I don't bother the ones I have already selected. Why? They're the only couple who are already settled down. Galadriel could work, I guess. She knows more than think she knows.

Hurley: Oh, boy... What should I do with you? Legolas? The slight air-headedness could work, but the rest simply doesn't. Frodo? Well, his movie counterpart is clumsy enough for it. [insert rant] And speaking of movie-Frodo, it simply doesn't work for me. The book Frodo was wise, calm, and respectible. Movie-Frodo however, was naive, unexperienced, and seemed to have a lot of teen-age bravado and clumsiness. It just doesn't fit the part of the gentle-hobbit! But I suppose they had to cut some time to make the plot work... =_= Well, at least he's Elvish-looking... [end of rant] Other than that, I'm out of ideas...

Well, at least that'll never happen. But it would be funny to see, though...

Star Wars

I wanna see the Revenge of the Sith! Unfortunately, I can't. But you know what really sucks? I have a friend who's going to see the movie - even though she isn't very into Star Wars... Her friend asked her out to see the movie. I SO want to see the movie!!!

In other news, Miny doesn't know what copulation is... That was a rather awkward moment.

Anyone have an aspirin?

I have been on an extensive search for Ozone's "Dragostea Din Tei". Why? It's simply my newest musical addiction. The harder it is to find it, the more determined I am to get it. I'll bet it will be much, much simpler to find if I just asked BingBong about it, but she's off... Damn.

Anyways, it seems that TV will get more even more boring as the days pass. After all, Lost is at its what, last episode of the season, and so is CSI. All I will have left to watch is Law and Order. But strangely, I can't stay up that late anymore...

On Wednesday, we will have the beep-beep exam (strenuous shit, that is)... If I manage to survive that, I will be able to report back on the next Lost episode. Though I greatly doubt that. I have the athletic ability of a rock.

That could probably be the worst exam ever. Even more than that damn French poetry exam.

High School

They say that the sex drive of a college jock is amazing. I sincerely hope I never meet one. I'm already starting to feel it... Frigg... What is it with the word 'lap' that really makes me scared?

Hmm...

Just met this Bengali post-graduate online. Sounds freaky, I know... Met during one of his experiments, where we had to send forwards for a survey. I know, freaky... Best to be very, very careful.

Anyways, I since there are only two more episodes till lost, I have decided to pile up all the mysteries so far:

  • What was with the black and white stones and Jack found in the caves, that Claire saw as Locke's eyes in her nightmare, and that Locke showed to Walt in the form of backgammon pieces?
  • What is it with the word "fate" that keeps on popping up?
  • Kate: What did she do to her mother? How did the airplane get to Australia if her boyfriend (I forgot his name) was killed in Iowa?
  • Jack: What happened to his wife? It seems that they're over, or else he wouldn't be flirting with Kate.
  • Locke: What did he see in the eyes of the monster? What did he see when he saw the light in the hatch turn on? How did he become paralyzed?
  • Sawyer: How did he get caught?
  • Walt: Why did he really burn the first raft? Why is he so insistant on Locke not opening the hatch, and getting off the island when he used to like it? Does the Spanish comic book he found with the island and the polar bear have any relevance?
  • Charlie: He knew there was more than one person when he was kidnapped, so what does he know?
  • Claire: What happened to her when she was kidnapped? How did she escape? What did her psychic see that scared him so much? What's so special about her baby? Why did he make her get on the island? So that she could see how important her baby was? So that she could meet Charlie?
  • Sun: Why didn't she tell Jin she knew English?
  • Hurley: What is it with those numbers? Why are they connected to the island?
  • Who and where are the others?

There's much more, I'm sure. The mysteries will probably end on the series finale, and I hope that it won't be for a long while...

Ye Gads, I hate French class

I think I have just failed my French grammar exam...

To top it all off, it actually counts for 25% of my entire French mark for this semester... Well, can't say much, cause even Marge, our class genius said that she might have failed... Well, either she was just nervous, or I am incredibly doomed...

Even the homework is now officially incomprehensible... The poetic texts are entirely made of metaphors... If my entire life was a metophor for a long swim to paradise, this period would be the leg cramps...

WHY DOES THE GOVERNMENT INSIST ON DRAGGING PEOPLE KICKING AND SCREAMING INTO FRENCH SCHOOLS??? (That's my case, anyways)

Update

I've been busy, well slightly busy with revision and such...

But I have other things, for example, I have played Emerald for a while, and I have done a lot of obsessive spyware/adware purging. I was so angry I nearly bust the computer. Thank God for Bing Bong. She always knew what to do. Thankfully, I have restored the computer. But so far, I have been doing this manually, and some of it is in my Key Registry. I HATE spyware and adware. Hate it, hate it, hate it! I can't even get the Microsoft adware killer cause my Windows is fake. Great.

I have been doing a few tests, and I have absolutely no confidence in any of them. Geesus... But I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I have a game waiting for me, and then on Wednesday, there's a new episode of Lost. Then, on Thursday, there's CSI. Then, on the weekend, I will get makeup tips from Miny, and go shopping with Bing Bong! It's simply too bad I can't go see the new Star Wars movie. I might just as well wait until it airs on TV. ;_;

Oh, well... I might be able to go... If I manage to persuade someone...

Heyhey!

Yay, I have finally found Pokemon Emerald! After my long (nah) and extensive (yeah, right) search, I am finally enjoying the fruit of my labour (what labour?)

It's slow as hell, and I finally got it to work after getting sworn at for several minutes, but I'm happy, even though it gave me a frikken headache. I have French, Biology and something else for homework.

We haven't even finished our coat of arms in art, and we're already starting stained glass windows (I keep on saying stainless glass). I'm hoping to do a rearing unicorn with a star at its horn and a flower in it flowing mane. What else, I dunno yet.

Well, we have Math next, and my dear friend still have not given me her book to copy.

Well, I'm still in school, so I'm not realy supposed to be doing this. Aw well. Too bad.
