The damn school's seriously outta money, huh?

It turns out that the Honour and Merit isn't really a nomination. It's an invitation. It's late at night, so it's best we're accompanied, but anyone that's not invited will have to pay 5$ (ie: parents), and it's almost a one-hour drive. It's only at the ceremony itself when we get to know whether we've been nominated or not.
