POTC 2...

Just saw Pirates 2 today. Wow... Pretty. I remained dizzy for 5 minutes after the movie ended. What a ride! Let's see...

• Keira Knightley was super-hot in this one. I am now officially a Jack/Elizabeth shipper. Seems she couldn't resist that eccentric eye-lined rogue any longer than us, either. ^_~ You know you want him, darling! Just admit it!
• I have to admit, I was pretty much snickering throught the entire movie. Jack is unique and a total classic. Boy, Johnny Depp's a helluvan actor. Especially loved his referring to Will as an eunuch. The slapstick humour and the crazy antics helped, too. Strangely enough, even though this adventure seemed even more dangerous than the last one, there's way more humour in this one. Perhaps not as subtle as the first, but WAY more prominent.
• Will Turner's finally gotten somewhat of a personality. I was scared for a moment that he'd continue whining again. But it's nice to see that the caracters are not perfect human beings (not even Will), forever turning against each other at the most opportune moment.

Some things that bugged me, however:

• And why is it that all the other sailors die, except for the opportune few like Cotton, Marty, Pintel, Ragetti, and the guy with the parrot?
• Tia's accent... I think that during all her scenes, I must have only understood 1/3 of what she said. But then again, I must be getting too dependant on subtitles.
• Didn't they kill Barbossa???
• How do they actually expect to get Jack back out of the tummy of the beastie? Kill it and then do a dissection?

... I'm confused.
